How long is each sprint?
We can typically deliver most requests within 2 to 3 days. However, a fixed delivery time cannot be guaranteed as each design request has a unique scope, scale, and tool requirements. For more complex projects, we'll divide the work into smaller, manageable tasks and provide delivery accordingly.

What. The. FAQ?
Working on branding we’ll break the work out into milestones and deliver accordingly. Usually it takes 1-2 weeks. The website development can take up to a 3-4 weeks on average, then we run a quality assurance testing that can also take up to a week, always depending on the size of the project.
When working as an ongoing support, you will receive new deliveries on your requests within 1-3 days on average. Design projects are, by nature, highly variable in scope. So for smaller tasks a delivery will usually mean a completed design.
Absolutely! Our fees are based on time, so there's no penalty for having multiple brands or sharing your subscription with friends (shame on you, Netflix!).
We primarily work on Figma for digital designs, and Adobe Suite for print and illustrations. We always provide editable files and we can even assist with getting designs into Canva if needed.
You can brief us in any way that's easiest for you - whether it's through a Google Doc, email, or video message. You'll attach a brief together with any brand assets to the job in our project management software, where you can prioritize tasks for us. If needed, your account manager will reach out to you over email, Slack, or Teams (whatever works for you) to fill in any missing information. Once the design is complete, we'll submit it to you for review, along with a design rationale.
We try to avoid video calls and meetings to streamline the process, but there may be situations where a meeting is necessary to discuss a brief in person.
You brief us on as many projects as you'd like and prioritize the work. We work on one project at a time and there are no caps on rounds of amendments. In case you brief us on a larger task - i.e. full website redesign, full rebranding - we'll break it down into smaller jobs so we can keep up with our promised timings and keep the ball rolling.

We're a Poland-based design studio, and most of the work is done by our co-founders, who have over 15 years of experience each. They've had the pleasure of working for boutique branding agencies in London and Stuttgart before setting up TurnUs studio. Rest assured, you're in good hands with our full strategic and creative support.
Total output in a given tends to be dependent on the level of detail in the requests you submit. For example, if you need a website designed and you already have a creative brief, moodboard/style references, wireframes, and copy written, then you can expect to see UI progress in Figma right away. If you do not have these items, our team will work with you to define and/or create them! However, this necessarily means that it will take longer to get a polished end product.
No contracts to sign, only a monthly subscription. If you need an NDA, no problem at all, we can sign one.
