Innatives  has not appointed a Data Protection Officer, but has the assistance of experts who will pay the utmost attention to protecting your privacy.

We do not process more data than necessary – therefore, in the form we ask only for your name, surname and e-mail address. If you want to leave more information about yourself – we leave it to your discretion.

Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing them on behalf of INNATIVES Sp. z o.o.marketing agencies, partners providing technical services (development and maintenance of IT systems and Internet service).

In addition, your data may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, including the competent public authorities.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

For as long as we conduct our marketing activities unless you object or until you revoke your consent to send messages to your e-mail address. Your withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to your withdrawal of consent.

DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA?

We store the collected personal data in the European Economic Area (“EEA”). We do not transfer your data to an international organization or to countries outside the EEA.

DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA AUTOMATICALLY (INCLUDING THROUGH PROFILING) IN A WAY THAT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS?

We do not conduct automated decision making or profiling process on you. Your personal data will be processed in the information system of INNATIVES Sp. z o.o..
